Boppin’ B is a rock’n’roll and 195ß’s style rockabilly band from Aschaffenburg in Germany. They started as a quartet in 1985. Nowadays, the band consists of seven members. Two of those, Golo Sturm (guitar) and Thomas Weiser (drums) are founding members of the band. The other ones are Michi Bock (vocals, guitar), Didi Beck (contrabass), Frank Seefeldt, Gregor Obermeier and Sven Garrecht (all saxophone). I featured Boppin’ B already with their most recent album. In 2022, Saxbomb received a Top Pick! award. In 2004, their special version of Sasha’s If You Believe stayed in the German charts for eight weeks, pedking 40th. |
